Northeast Ohio weather forecast: Sizzling hot temps today

Показать описание
Your 5 p.m. Northeast Ohio weather forecast: The weather for the 4th couldn't have been better! It really felt like July as temperatures reached the mid 80s. Today, we heat things up even more.
We're set to approach 90 degrees...this could be the warmest day of 2023 thus far...and if we hit 90 degrees at Cleveland-Hopkins, it'll be the first time for that this year, too.
Truthfully, we're overdue when it comes to experiencing our first 90-degree day. Over the past five years, that high temperature was usually hit in either late May or June.
Heat index values will be in the low to mid 90s. If you don't adore the idea of feeling like the mid 90s, thank the combination of the warm temperatures and the high humidity. Speaking of these two things, they're ingredients that will help fuel the chance for afternoon showers and thunderstorms. They'll be hit or miss, so not everyone will see rainfall.
