My pc be sounding like a literal jet engine and you're complaining that your overclocked NASA pc is making a buzzing noise 😂😂

Prolly just something called "coil whine". It's more prominent on water cooled cards cuz there's no fan to mask the noise. Basically, some of the electrical components can vibrate audibly as the card rapidly renders frames. Similar reason to why your microwave oven makes buzzing noises. Most of the time it's totally normal.

If it's extremely obnoxious, take it in and see what they say about it. Could be a QC issue.

its coil whine and its normal with an overpowered gpu like this. even some of the top tier 30 series and rx6xxx have coil whine.

It's normal. The buzzing is bassicly running more frames on the screen. Your monitor is running and the buzzing is telling you that it running
