If you really wanna know if the lift is hitting it right. Grab a lighter weight and due it "until it burns". For me warmup with 15-17.5lbs at 20 reps gives me great feedback. Then you can increase the weight and do the lower 8-12 reps.

I just worked out with my son today and I was telling him the same thing as it we worked shoulders today. Great reminder on proper technique.

3:16 When I am home I use gallon water filled water, works perfectly. Shoulders have grown tremendously!
