Im in Africa kenya and one thing africans dont understand is when the US is striken we are all stricken. America is a colony of the world. I started my food prep when i moved to my homestead off grid and its sad no one seem to do it in Africa, may be just a fraction of it. I heard a voice telling me prepare like Joseph. But to them im living like and alien. The best thing is to do it like Noah. Pastors are warning and saying prepare like Joseph build like Noah because a storm is coming.

Unfortunately, one big medical mishap can force an entire family to have to relocate and move in with family. I've been a stay at home, homeschooling mom for 13 years so I didn't have income. We used all of our savings to stay afloat until my spouse could work again, but it was too little too late 😢 PLEASE don't make it sound like all adults who have to move back with parents are lazy or entitled. When my MIL and FIL purchased this house it was $79, 000. Do you know how much this house is now? $700k. And then people 50+ act shocked that we can't just "save up" enough to buy a house. Times have changed and now everyone is paying for it.

Just stumbled onto your channel, my dear. Retired black female with a pension and SSI income. People refuse to admit that our economy has been bad for a very long time, and it's not because of President Trump. My 40 year old daughter who is a business owner, not married with no kids, can not afford to buy a home which was her dream. It makes me so sad that even though she makes a decent living, still not able to save for her retirement. Thank God my husband and I are frugal and have no debt, but people are not able to contribute to their retirement because of the economy.

My mom passed away with a sudden cancer diagnosis. Unvaccinated. This was very difficult for her. She watched you daily. That’s why I’m here now watching you. She canned because of you. My brother passed suddenly last week. Unvaccinated. I had everyone here at our little place. One night I opened several jars of meat, potatoes & carrots for stew. My mom had canned these. It dawned on me here we all are eating a stew canned by my mom in 2022, feeding us & grandkids long before she knew she would have 6 months to live. Long before my brother would become ill, she was still able to feed her grandkids & great grandchildren. Thank you!

I just had my step daughter and 9 yr old grandson move in with us after being empty nesters for seventeen years. Poor choices and bad habits turned the whole family upside down. It's been stressful dealing with something we had no experience with, "alcoholism." Wow to be honest it's been a challenge. I miss my routine in my home, our peaceful mornings and evenings, , drama free relationship with my wonderful husband of 31 years, giving up my friends and volunteer work. To watch over her so she doesn't hurt herself or her son. It's not about money sometimes it's about survival. I have five grown children and eight beautiful grandchildren. I don't want my grown children moving in at any age after moving out. Proud of them all. We worked hard putting them through college setting them up to be in the world. But a demon can attack anyone and he tries to pull the whole family with him. My prayer is that she gets her life back on track, but not going to lie... It sucks!

My daughter is living with us.. but she gives money.. and also helps keep up the cleaning the house.. most importantly is she takes care of me... There is always working things out together.. It is very important to have Jesus as center of your home.... Love you❤

My son moved back in after his divorce and it allowed me to see my grandchildren more and more because they're here 50% of the time. I love my grandchildren and my son living here. They helped me greatly. My husband's in a nursing home.

I wasnt allowed to be a kid and not work. As soon as my dad could collect rent he did. I was kicked out over 11dollars. I now have 3daughters of my own who will always have a place to call home. No matter their situation this will always be home.

I broke up with a guy because he is allowing his 41 year old son and his girlfriend to live with him he will not make them get jobs or force them out! I am like you. You either pull your weight or you get out! He kept sticking up for the enableling of his behavior, and I got tired of arguing of it.

I witnessed a 16 year old have a panic attack going to her driver’s test. 26 years later she is still living at home with her mom driving her to work. Not a special needs kid. A top student in school.

We live on a homestead. My daughter and her family live with us. We all work together, it's our homestead, all of us. We help them and they help us....that's what family does.

Another great video! I'm widowed living in our paid off family home on 3+ acres for 42 years. During major construction repairs on my son's house, his family of 5 moved in with me for 3 months. My "House and heart" were so happy to have them here! They put in raised garden beds with cattle panels to make gardening easier for me to grow food. Both parents have good jobs and now all 3 of their kids are in College. I loaned my oldest grandson money to buy a car for college, and he sends me a check every month to pay down his loan. My Great kids raising their great kids! I know I am very Blessed.❤

There was a time when the adult children took care of their elderly parents, , , took them into their homes, added a room onto their house for parents, etc. today you hardly ever see that scenario. Sad…
