Spector is introducing updates one of their most popular lines. The all-new Legend Standard inherits the classic, curved NS Spector body design and adds several player-centric upgrades. The body is now crafted from solid, lightweight ash and is adorned with a flame maple top, while the 5-piece maple/padauk neck provides even greater stability. The only thing I hate from this Spector bass is that they made all those colors way to fucking beautiful, and it makes it extremely hard to choose. I love the black stain color... but ultimately I went for the Tobaco Sunburst

I’ve been considering one but have two questions. #1 is it strictly active or can it also be played in passive mode? #2 if strictly active then what is the average battery life?

Split between the standard 5 and a schecter stealth 5. These look way nicer but the schecter has active pups and preamp and a splitcoil/humbucker combo

Too much low end in the mix, needs more mids and highs
