To decrease false signals, I think it's better to add a MA 200 to the chart and ABOVE the MA only enter LONG positions, BELOW the MA only enter SHORT positions.

On a 1 hour time frame your waiting days to enter and exit trades. Also taking you must have a well funded account because your stop loss will be quite large. Wonder if this works on a 15 min?

The William Alligator with a VWAP is a better indicator. Five-minute scalp for a 20-50 pip. I also use it on day trading stocks.
