ETPL Overview and Process for Training Providers

This video provides and overview of the history of the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), including the former process Iowa used to manage the ETPL, and the current process Iowa has adopted to manage the ETPL to be in compliance with federal requirements through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Iowa's ETPL policy, which became effective November 15, 2019.
