Demystifying the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) for Registered Apprenticeship Programs

There's a lot of confusion about how Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) get on the state and/or local Eligible Training Provider (ETP) List and what's required. Ms. Brady provided language for the WIOA regulations governing the ETPL for RAPs. She also co-wrote TEGL 8-19 and TEGL 8-19, Change 1, the federal policy guidance governing RAPs, and the ETPL.
