There's a very important reason Mt. Lady is in MHA. She's the opposite of the "gentleman villain" trope. People defend villains who have literally committed genocide because they show the tiniest bit of respect and dignity. All while people hate heroes when they're a bit annoying and cunning.

She's there to show that you can be a bit greedy, a bit cunning a bit of jerk, but still be a hero at the end of the day. In the end no one cares if she's not a role model of dignity. She already puts her life on the line to save the world everyday.
