Correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t a more telling phrase be “the speed of light is constant to any given observer, regardless of observers speed or direction”? No matter how fast I go, light in front of me will move away from me at the speed of light, and the light behind me will do the same, right? Hence why TIME must change since C does not

E equal to mass times the speed of light squared. Does mean light has mass . Photons converted to electrons is photoelectric molecules and photosynthesis. If light dies not have mass the LED lights converting electrons to light and photosynthesis would not be possible.

Einstein ignored aether theories and had a choice: make the speed of light constant, or use outside observers and make time constant. Einstein chose the former. We now know that there is an aether, or "zero point energy", in space itself.
