Breckenridge Mtn Tour: Top of Chair 5 to Bottom of Quicksilver (Beginner, Easiest way Pk8 to Pk9 )

Ski from the top of Chair 5 on Peak 8 to the bottom of the Quicksilver chair-lift on Peak 9 following the easiest route possible with Breckenridge Ski School Instructor Ted Amenta, available for private ski and snowboard lessons upon request.

This video is for novice skiers starting their day at the bottom of Peak 8 who might like to ski some of the beginner runs on Peak 9 using the Quicksilver chair-lift. This video shows how to make the trip staying on beginner runs. Trails used include 4 O'Clock, Sawmill, and Lower Sawmill.

Another video in this series shows how to get back from the top of A-Chair to the mid-load station of the Snowflake chair-lift. The key here is to just keep going left.

Man this brings back some memories. Used to ride all the way down me and my brother to town and ride the bus. We were about 13 and 14 at the time. We felt so grown with the freedom we had... it was 1994 good times

This is what I off on a blue and end on a green. Once I am at the bottom at Quicksilver, how do I go back over to chair 5? Are there busses for this?

Is this route still an option this season. We are going to try out the greens on peak 8 because we did all the greens on peak 9 yesterday. If they are too difficult we were looking for an easy way to get to peak 9. Thanks Ted!
