This is probably my favorite of the IDW comics so far. I love Sonic’s personality. He’s not just cracking jokes and calling Metal Sonic names. He’s cocky but also sensible and knows when the odds are stacked against him. He actually thinks things through here, not like the last 3-4 games they portrayed him as. I also love how Metal Sonic has a personality as well and how’s even more threatening than before. I wish he got more moments to shine like this. Plus the fight scenes are epic!

3 years later and this is still one of the best Sonic IDW comics ever. It's small and short but offers a lot of plot development and service for Sonic fans. And the art here is amazing! Maybe I'm just saying this becuase of the dub itself and its high quality editing but it just adds to it for me.
Adrenaline Dubs then is just as high quality as now and honestly re-watching this again gave me a wave of nostalgia.
God, I miss the IDW Neo Metal Sonic arc SO MUCH!
