Drivers in Colorado don’t know how to drive even when the roads are dry and the sun is shining. They drive like it’s a competition..!!

People forget how to drive on dry pavement. The weather is just an added challenge.

Well Those 80 mph speed limit signs on i-70 in Utah aren't helping either. Especially when they get to Colorado and don't know how the altitude brings in more snow

Not just a Colorado thing. Here in Michigan people do the same. One weird thing our crappie drivers do is panic and drive like it just snowed 10 inches when it’s only raining on a summer day. Nothing wrong with adjusting ones driving to weather conditions but here it’s on another level

It's not that they forget...its because everyone is in a rush to go nowhere

It isn't that difficult. It should not take that long to figure out. Primarily slowing down is what is necessary and increasing following distance. Unfortunately a lot of people are stupid.

Slow down, make no sudden movements, beware of the other drivers, and pay attention to who is lecturing and talking down to you.

But when there’s 2 feet go fast because momentum is everything and just get a 4x4 with good tires

Bahahaha. If I had a dollar for every Texas, Florida or California license plate I saw in crashes. On another note, why doesn’t colorado treat the roads? Black ice runs rampant in this state. Even in the city. Why do you guys utilize the sun as your main way to get rid of ice? I think if the infrastructure money went towards treating black eyes, perhaps less issues would occur. I have snow tires with AWD and I still slip from time to time on the thin black ice the plows never clear and the cars tend to compact and the city never tends to treat. And I’m the dude others pass because I’m going the speed limit. So i also think it’s a colorado roads issue. Why is that. Why doesn’t colorado treat their roads?

When have the people of Colorado have ever known to drive at all? Let's see, 35 mph in a 70 mph zone in the left lane while toking on Mary Jane also while texting and driving while eating because of the munchies
