The front line police officers have a very difficult, almost impossible job. Sadly further up the tree problems exist. I was involved in a case where the front line officers were superb . Unfortunately the negligence of their superiors lead to a child being placed in the care of someone who was a known danger to the child. The child was injured within hours. My complaints has resulted in a massive cover up. Huge amounts of official paperwork that prove what happened.

I'm sick of hearing the debate, we are a diverse country and have been for centuries yet every single day the diversity and two tier argument pops up somewhere.
