Miss I wish I had a professional like you help me regain my thumb motion it was pretty stiff I’m working it by myself but my main problem is I can’t close my thumb maybe it will be like this forever since my doctor told me he was unsure if my crushed lingament would be healthy so he used tendon from my arm they told me I had stener lession I guess surgery was the right decision. I went to a professional therapist he didn’t know what to do in my case se he told me he is going to ask my doctor I’m not sure if I can go again since I need a person who can understand me so difficult situation from a mistake of 2 seconds … Iam a Huge fan only cause your way of explaining and understanding is 100% great !!
