The opening riff for Where Dragons Dwell by Gojira is so unappreciated. It’s so pretty and fits on the album very well. Love that song

For me, a LOT of Testament's riffs go unnoticed. For example, the opening riff in Native Blood off the Dark Roots of Earth record. Eric Peterson and Alex Skolnick are just a match made in heaven when it comes to thrash metal

Thanks for including Trashed, Lost, and Strungout. How that song gets overlooked is beyond me because it's just such a good example of everything that makes COB so great.

Nickleback has some seriously underrated guitar riffs. Ive always loved the main riff from Flat on The Floor.

Don't know about anyone else but, the Trivium riff reminds me somewhat of the main riff from Through The Never by Metallica... which is another under-rated riff :)

I feel like Pantera's "You've Got To Belong To It" whammy riff is a good one I don't hear many people talk about.

To me "Stormshield" by Nasum has one of the most great riffs ever. That part at 01:04 in that song together with the blastbeats is just wild. Not an objective opinion of course 😁

“Eulogy for an Angel” by From Autumn to Ashes is the song that got me into metal. The opening riff is simple but killer.

Phenomenal choices! I've been listening and enjoying the chorus to Car Bomb's Scattered Sprites. It has a sexy minor 9th in it and just brings a heavy Deftones feel to it

Nice to see Sikth on here, I saw them in a tiny little pub in Portsmouth back in 2000/2001. Great band! My underappreciated riff would be Pinball Map by In Flames.

In my opinion, any metal riff that is slower just sounds way more badass and satisfying to me

My face lit up when you picked "Leader of the Rats". I freaking love that song! My God, is that album 20 years old?!? Arch Enemy has been so awesome for so long.
