I had trouble in my youth with man b00bs and used to be really fat... I was on the verge of developing some serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietarize, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

Push ups definitely work. I've been doing them for 2 weeks and I don't think my chest has looked this strong. I really want to thank you for the sven press exercise. I'll definitely try that one since it looks to be super effective. I'm not trying to gain more muscle, just trying to get rid of the excess fat.

For those with gynecomastia, you can focus on incline exercises to give the chest a flatter appearance. The issue with gynecomastia is you're dealing with swollen glands not just fat. you can burn most of the fat in your chest with exercise/diet but you can't burn or lose the glands that way. Incline exercises cause the top of the chest to become more pronounced which sort of balances out the bottom of the chest where the glands rest. incline exercises also cause the skin to stretch which can help a bit with the sagging. If you have gynecomastia, decline exercises may work against you as development of the lower pecs may push the glands forward. Everyone's body is different, this is just basic stuff here. There are different stages of gynecomastia and some forms of gynecomastia may only appear on one side of your chest and not the other. The best way to remove Gynecomastia is through surgery, where they remove the glands in the chest. I would honestly recommend loosing weight first and see how you look at your ideal weight before getting the surgery. This way you allow the skin to shrink as much as it can before the surgery's. I really don't see the point of getting the surgery when you're overweight and round. That's just my opinion

Having a body that u do not enjoy brings a lot of depression 💯i used to do pills bc of my body but I realized attempting and losing weight will make you a very happy person even if you're losing 3 pounds each time, its a start💪🏽
