Comparing FPV cameras: the Micro HD-Zero HD Camera to the Runcam Nano HD Camera. Both using High Quality lenses. See the difference sensor size and good glass makes. This test uses the M12 Runcam RC25G 2.5mm Gopro Style Lens on the Micro HD-Zero camera and HD-Zero HQ M8 Lens on the Nano. The purpose of this flight was to compare the image quality of these two sensor size cameras using good lens. Take a close look at the sensor details. A must watch if you are using the HD-Zero Sharkbyte FPV system.

For this test I used the 8 inch Long Range FPV Quad build consisting of:

Lensflare on the RC25G is quite bad. Sharpness however greatly improved. I'll be looking into a different lens for my micro as well now. Thank you for this very informative video.

I seem to have some noise appearing from the Crossfire receiver in my image, how did you get rid of yours?

Just ordered 2 runcam rc25g on Amazon they don't mention if there glass lenses....are they glass?

Nice video, very well presented. In the beginning you said there are no camera adjustments for the Micro camera, however there are actually a few adjustments in the menu. Most important of the all is “Enhanced Sharpness”, which should really be on by default, because it greatly improves the image.
I do wish this camera had more settings because as you mentioned the image can be made to look very nice in post with just a little sharpening or contrast. Everyone with this camera should definitely turn on “Enhanced Sharpness”.
