"She's telling the truth but it isn't accurate." Spoken like a true defense attorney. Good thing most juries have more sense than that.

So she left it unzipped that much but it was self defense to protect herself? She can’t have it both ways 🙄

If he could have gotten out, he would have. C’mon.

The co-hosts are delusional lol how was she scared of a man who weighed less than her and was begging for air for 20 minutes? She’s sadistic and loved hurting him; HE was HER victim.

Hey co hosts: the zipper was BROKEN and he was on the INSIDE of the suitcase!!! If he could open it himself, he wouldn’t be pleading to get out!

His hand is reaching out to kill her!!!! BS. The whole story.

He begged for his life. She laughed at him and went upstairs to leave him to die. GUILTY. She did it for revenge for “all he did to her” not out of fear for her life.

Why are you guys arguing this testimony it's on video that suitcase was zipped tight and he suffocated and died 😮😮

Ridiculous. He said he couldn’t breathe. She did nothing. Is that innocent or guilty?

No grief or sadness and able to tell how he was positioned in the suitcase without any sort of emotional distress! I know it’s been almost five years but seriously how can she be so cold and calculated 🤷‍♀️

Wth difference does it make. He told her he couldn't breathe. He obviously was truthful. She left him. Thats truthful AND accurate..and torture. She said she didn't want him to get out and pushed his hand back in with a bat because she was afraid of him..yet in same breath say she assumed he could get out so she went to sleep. She didnt care one way or another what happened to him. She left him to die. And apparently with 2 of your panel members..thats okay. Interesting. So if a parent leaves their 2 yr old in a filled tub, pushes them back in when try to get out, then leave the room to go to sleep and say they assumed they could get out..that wouldn't be criminal either when they drown instead?? Same thing.

She hit his fingers with the baseball bat. If the suitcase were open as much as she claims, more than his fingers would have been out of the suitcase. I'm with Vinnie, I think she lied consciously about that...and about so much more.

Watching this after seeing all the bodycam footage and the videos from Sarah’s phone and I wonder what these lawyers would say now.

You have to remember that lawyers don't distinguish between lies and the truth. Only in what they can get people to believe.

7:18 these people don't understand the law. She did not need to intend to kill him for it to be 2nd degree murder. Thankfully the prosecution made that crystal clear to the jury
