I've known Terbin for a few years now and he is the most dedicated person I've ever spoken to. He also is super helpful when you need help with server stuff. All around great guy and super honest.

"a fraction of the bases" this guy made an entire marvel multiverse for tb2t that is 900gb and he still hasn't even scratched the surface.

You should do a collaboration with Terbin. Both historians working together would be great.

At this point, we're more excited to see a sliver of kindness on 2b2t than a major catastrophe

Just imagine you forgot the coord to your base and this man be like “oh your base is here”

HermeticLock is the biggest chad. Offering to pay half of the server expences to preserve 2b2t history? Very cool. I'm so glad Terbin was able to do this.

Not all heroes wear capes, and this guy is definitely one of them.

Honestly, if Terbin had memorabilia or something to help fund The Archive, I think that would be awesome.

Kinda like a real museum!

Honestly love historians who save these Minecraft bases. Their just way too cool and amazing to be destroyed and lost completely.

Turbin, if you're somehow reading this, thank you for doing this project, I may not have been a 2b2t player ever but this is so fascinating to see this project come together as beautifully as it is on your server, I'll definitely come take a look whenever I can, and I look forward to see what the server would look like later on when more bases have been found

I wish there was a contraption where you spawn in a glassbox over spawn and click on a button. it then load every screenshots of spawn through the years one by one. staying in every one for a couple minutes... like if you were traveling in time

One thing that confuses me about this, is how positively community reacted towards this 2b2t archive server.
Last time, I think you said yourself that the bases that was destroyed, was meant to a relic (or something like that). Something you're suppose to wonder about, what could've been...

But I'm not against this, on the contrary! As long as it has the communities support, and their help, I'm all in for it!

And btw, I love the server creators moral code. Making sure the downloads won't cause more chaos and destruction

The more you know. I've toured the Archive many times in the last year and while I was aware HermeticLock and the Masons were involved with it I didn't know about Terbin. Props to him, the archive is an amazing place, and you can usually meet some legendary people there (or used to, now that the server is full after your video haha).

Terbin is a true historian, preserving whatever he can just because it was on 2B2T, and exploring their stories. Props!

One crazy thing about based in 2b2t is they can be greifed 3 times each.

1 initial grief into ruins.

A few years later the ruins become an important land mark and can be grief again.

Now in griefing a grief people will often over shoot and even if almost no blocks remain you can see someone used to be there so a third 'clean up' grief can then be done to blend the area into the surroundings.
