If you want to create an autonumber for refrence codes with prefixed charctares and "x" number of digist long. This video will show you using a SharePoint list and a small Power Automate flow.

There is a follow-on video that will allow to centrally manage all your ID's from one place with lots of extra featrures. It continues on the build of what is covered in this video.

Great video. For whatever reason i couldn't type FormatNumber and then pull in the ID, so i used the option available under Expression called "Format data by examples" and it provided this, which worked perfectly:
