There's just a blank white screen for me

FOR ALL THOSE THE METHODS ABOVE DID NOT HELP!!!
i did everything according to the instructions
it didnt help
then i connected the console to the dock station
connect dock station with internet via wire (the same internet as wifi connection)
open a store on the monitor, while the console is connected to dock station and internet wire
I had to confirm it's me and enter a password

aaaand EVERYTHING WORKED
then I logged in from the console itself with the same wifi

for my one it says my Nintendo Eshop cannot be used in your country/region even tho i put my server in Europe and i live in a european country

How I fix my Nintendo eshop account my account is working but every time I put my Nintendo password and I did the password right and it always says incorrect password I want to get in the Nintendo eshop to download Pokémon scarlet and violet dlc teal mask and indigo Disc and put in the code for for MK1
