Blynk Video Streaming Using Raspberry Pi Camera

We plan to make a mobile robot that we can control via smartphone and we can watch the video through a camera on the robot. So for this tutorial we're going to start with video streaming using a Raspberry Pi and we try to access the video using the Blynk app.

Is this streaming is local? I mean if i have an application mobile buildet with react native.. can i watch the stream via internet in any place in the world.. or the raspberry and the mobile application should be in same local host?

By port forwarding we can make local site to internet accessible web page

currently rasppi4 already not supported for picamera, they changed to libcamera. Some code need to fix it.
