"Bees have inspired me since I began making jewelry more than 34 years ago. Despite their small size, bees are a powerful symbol because of their constant work and perseverance,” Flora explains.

This "Sweet Honey" necklace by Flora is handcrafted using the ancient lost wax technique — a delicate process beginning with the creation of molds into which wax is then brushed, followed by hot melted silver. Each necklace is worked individually by hand. This design is made of fine silver set with polished amber from Chiapas, Mexico.
