I hope you get every penny and more. School district need to get back to just educating our kids and not deciding what is best for our kids.

Of course there is no comment from the school board, they're huddled up with their lawyers trying to figure out how to get out of this mess that THEY created.
What bothered me the most is that the school was warned about not playing this but did it anyway. They should pay and pay big!!

This could have been handled very differently. Using a voice over to speak his words, or displaying them as text with no audio at all. And editing what he provided, to remove identifing information and preserve anonymity.

It could even be introduced as coming from another school. Obviously someone screwed up.
