Modack and 14 others in court on more than 3,000 charges

The trial of alleged gang boss Nafiz Modack and his fourteen co-accused may be moved to the Goodwood Prison due to space and security concerns. The trial, once it gets going, is expected to last at least three years with about three-hundred witnesses expected to testify. Modack is accused of masterminding the 2020 murder of anti-gang cop Charl Kinnear.
