Super helpful. Got Dock + Max + ! but all I had to was forcibly move the motor on the side and it became "unlocked". If it fails again I'll probably buy the part from you. Thanks!

How about All 4 flashing. Appears to be exclamation, dock, max, and lightly clean. Replaced batt. Thinking may be brush motor. It will go so far, maybe 2 feet stop and Everything flashes.

my model RV700 Shark, two light Dock and Max lights both flashing when you press the start button. what is wrong with robot.

Any suggestions if the robot beeps every 10 secs, with all lights off?

My RV851WV will run for a few minutes then stop. Then restart on its own. Then stops. Chargers to 3 bars. HELP!!!!

My robot comes off docking station and stops. Blue clean light and red light with exclamation mark comes on?

My shark keeps on running then stopping with flashing green lights with red circle on top. Shark told me that means it needs to power off so she and I did it over the phone for a minute on and off. It is still doing the same thing. Can you give me some suggestions to fix it?

Great videos and could use your help. I have an 850 that sucked up a sock and now makes a grinding noise. From what I can determine, no suction is occurring. What could be the problem?

Wow. You are fearless at tearing these things down. Thanks for all the how-to videos. I might need a new brush roller motor. Mine turns kind of hard -- can't turn the square thing with fingers alone. I've taken off the wheels, the battery, and the top housing, but it looks like the vacuum motor and the wiring to the motherboard all have to be removed before I can get to the brush roller motor. You indicate this is pretty common, so I'm guessing I need a new one. Where do you get these things?

Smitty - Can you provide any help with my grinding noise? I checked with local vacuum cleaner repair shops and to no surprise, they do not have parts or cannot help me.
