Thanks for your videos. Getting a suction not working notification on my phone and the robot quits. It then starts beeping. I've taken the suction motor out...how do I see if it still works?

sooo not sure if this is a good place to comment but you're my only hope lol no help from customer service ooor from the manual. I have the Shark IQ RV1001AE and I'm getting the 'botboundary error' Clean is solid Blue. Dock is solid Red.

I haven't set up the boundaries and the vacuum gives the error immediately after turning it on to clean. Ever heard of this one? lol Cant find anyone talking about it
