This is all well and good, but now what about shipping times? If the tracking shows my location in the UK but actually the product is being shipped from China, the customer will question why it's taking so bloody long then! How do we solve this?

What about the returns? EBay will show the fake address we mentioned in product location. Customer will return item to that address

How I can manage item returns in case of Change of mind on ebay? My customers just return the item and item lands to my home instead of supplier. I have multiple suppliers from where I source items. Please explain correct way. How can I mention return address for an order?
