FATHER AND FUN: Adorable Moment Baby Copies Dad's Workout Routine

This is the adorable moment an eight-month-old tot in rocking chair copies his dad's workout routine.

The cute father-son experience took place in the city of Jieyang, which is located in southern China's coastal province of Jieyang, on Sunday, 24th May.

The short clip shows the dad performing seated crunches in front of the TV, while the eight-month-old baby appears to be mimicking him from his rocking chair, moving his leg back-and-forth are also keeping his eye on the television.

The footage is believed to have been shot by the baby's mother, who has been named as Ms Liu.

The dad and son were not named but Chinese media reported that the child gradually began to mimic his father after watching him perform his workout routines.
