Session 1: Introduction to Valuation (and the class)

In this session, I laid out the themes that will drive this class, i.e., that valuation is a craft that needs work and more work to get better at, that a good valuation is a bridge between stories and numbers, that value and price can be two different numbers and acting on valuation requires faith. I also laid out some of the administrative details of the class.
