Thank you Reem so much for this reading. I chose Pile 1. I'm a visual artist. I've had many challenges in my life and trying to free myself from the trauma stored in my body. I just did a performance art. I intended it to be about how while on the physical level everything appears to be dualistic, the source is the same so there is an underlying unity. However in fact it turned out to be about me wanting to break free of my trauma and conditioned thoughts and beliefs, which became clear only after the performance. I have been so overwhelmed with tasks that had I known prior to doing the performance what it was going to be about, I would have never done it as I so want to move on from the story of my difficult past. I think this was the universe's way of making me realise that if I really want to heal, I must face what happened with gentleness and understanding, accept it and look at the lessons I learned from it, and forgive myself for having this story.

Pile 2.. so spot on. My mom and I moved into a new home together because of her health and it is a huge challenge for me. I have since helped her recover but now I feel uncomfortable. I have always loved my privacy and it is so lost. We are completely different and her ways and really immature behaviors really bothers me to the core. I feel like I am shoving my emotions and irritation into my gut and now I am having terrible spasms in my stomach that makes my heart race. I’m sure child hood trauma has a lot to do with it but it is something I need to fix. I’m not a competitive person, but when you drew the fox card with the five of wands and started talking about competition and being perfect all the time being destructive to my health I began to cry. I saw the destructive effects of my childhood on my present health. Sometimes my need for perfection hurts those I love the most. I thought I had walked away but I still play the same game in order to attain love that was never mine.
Sometimes the truth hurts so much, but I don’t want to hold on to what was impossible and put me on a path of self destruction.
There’s a quote by C.S. Lewis, ‘To love is to throw away all defensive armor. To love is to be vulnerable.’
My armor needs to be put away. I need to walk the path that lets me be closer, no matter how terrified I am. I need to trust myself and shine.
