Wow, what a panic alert here about thoses "thin wall", what should be considered is thickness at the threads under, this is the important part, and it still look correct, just pause at 1:15 or around.

What about when you go to assemble the engine and the gasket is in place, the case will be mm wider?

do you offer one to cut a 88mm hole? im looking for one similar to do 250 cases for a big bore or should i just go fly cutter? that tool looks really simple and works good

Should the 180cc top end fit with a gap or a snug fit or the moment it slide in it’s good

Why is the fit so critical? This should be nothing more than a clearance hole since the jug is located with 2 dowel sleeves.

Why is there not a guide to how to use one of these tools specifically and what the letters and symbols mean at all I don’t necessarily have all the money in the world or money even for a subscription to watch your videos to see if there is one but it’s ridiculously frustrating when you spent 4 1/2 hours looking for the instructions or at least somebody who knows how specifically to use this tool
