01:10 Monday : what can you do symbolically to take action? Set the intention then step out of the unconcious mind, into the concious body.
03:18 Tuesday : getting through the jobs on your to-do list. You find shortcuts and better ways of doing things by being adaptable. Follow any creative impulses to try something new. What do you want and what are you willing to do to get it? Are you able to acknowledge the stuff you tried in the past that did not work? You only know what you know, at any given point. Does having clarity around knowing what you want, change the way the now plan to get there?
11:24 Wednesday : sometimes you just need to move on from the theory, into the practical. There's too much information and it's all a bit overwhelming. Just go.
14:12 Thursday : frustration due to miscommunications and things being misunderstood. Focus on just putting your concentration into the very next step in each moment.
17:57 Friday : breakthroughs and things working out after you've had to let the fires burn. The planets align, the right people arrive at the right time, and it all cames together.
20:45 Saturday : glory from accomplishment. Get the jobs out the way early and you'll feel good for a top Saturday night out later.
22:35 Sunday : use the energy to face your fears around other people. You can't be liked by everyone and that's ok - no one can. Knowing what you want makes it easier to take the next step towards it.

17:48 don’t forget, a huge part of triage is realizing who’s dead and not putting your efforts into them. A lot of lay people really don’t like this aspect and have a really naive view that you should try to save everyone. Some people are dead - full stop. If there are more patients than resources you don’t waste time & resources on someone who is not viable. You go to the next most critically injured that is potentially viable. I think this also translates well into our lives: you only have so much time & energy, stop dumping it into dead things.
