Step 6:-Think Small yaani khud se commitment karni hai ki kuch bhi ho jaaye.. vacations ho, exams ho minimum itna task to mein har roz karunga hi karunga

Step 7:- Meet Your Schedule and drop High Expectations:- ab next kam se kam 21 din tak vo task har roz karo kyunki har habit bhaut chotti hai isiliye karne me hame koi problem nhi aani chahiye.

Step 8:- Aur finally hamne dekha tha step 8:- Watch your signs of Habits yaani ye hamesha check karte raho ki hamara behaviour habit me convert hua ya nhi kyun ki agar vo habit me convert nhi hua to koi fayda nhi hoga.

So I have to develop 4 habits
1. Waking up early
2. 5min exercise
3. 5min yogic breathing
4. Revise my physics mind map of 1 chapter
Although its 10am now and I woke up late at 8am...but l will do habit no 2, 3 and 4 now and I will try to update here as well for my continuity

Choose and write down mini habits(3-4) Which impact your life

You'll need strong will to start a habit. Find your why. Why you want to perform habits?

Define your cues, cue could be something which reminds you to do habits you can set alarm or just put a book on your sleeping space.

Give rewards after completing habits.
