Dissapointing. Usually i'm used by Nvidia that the next generation cards are like the previous but one higher. A x50 card is as fast as a x60 from previous generation and so on. But here it looks like the just rebranded the 3060 to 4060 with minimal performance improvements. Seems to me the 4090 shold be a 4080, the 4080 a 4070 and a 4070 a 4060.

The 4060 desktop version will be barley better than a overclocked 3060 12gb.

Brother i think the i7 is bottlenecking the scaling of difference between the 3060 and 4060 (im not talking about bottlenecking the gpu, both gpus are the bottleneck here and the i7 is enough ) but it should ve been a better cpu because we could scale the difference between those 3060 and 4060 higher...probably a 12th gen i9 or 13/14th gen i7 was better..
