The Home tab on the Samsung Health app is a go-to hub that helps you track and easily evaluate your Steps, Exercise, Food, sleep data, and more. Under Exercise, position your three favorite types of workouts front and center. Walking, Running, and Cycling are set by default, but you can favorite a specialized exercise instead. You can also create a new exercise, and choose to measure your speed, distance, and route, and set a specific target for it like how many calories burned.
You’ll also find your Sleep data on the Home tab. Wear your paired Galaxy Watch to bed, and then evaluate your sleep stats under Sleep. The trackers on the Home tab can be reordered to your position preference so they aren’t hard to find! Watch the video for more details.
