Could you please make a video on "what way, how much and right time to consume seeds like Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds etc. It would be really helpful.

I usually consume these seeds after soaking them in water for at least 12 hours, mostly after 3 - 4 hours of lunch. Don't actually know if it's right way..

Excellent topic, good coverage of Ayurvedic cooking. However, you might not notice that the captions with this are totally off - they seem to go with something totally different. Since I rely on them due to hearing loss, I notice this more than most people.

What about water? In america, most house gets water after cleaning process. pure water is very beneficial for health. better dig a well for pure water
