Accuracy is small random errors thats why they are close to true value but not to each others due to many factors you can reduce random errors by multiplying number of trail and take average.
Precision is when all measurements are close but away frpm real value due to systematic error to correct this you should calibrate.
Please check if You just flipped the type of error responsible for precise and accurate in 1st slide thank you

if there are no error bars and you have to draw a line of best fit, what should we do?
