She suggested every chemical products and treatment out there. Ageing is natural if u want it slow first you need to take care from inside.

Quit sugar, packaging food, hydrate your skin by drinking mot only water but fruits that contain water, take daily supplimemts naturally from food, Do yoga at morning, breathing pranayamys, run in evening, if possible do weight lifting by th help of Professional, take less stress, stay away from negative people, do something good for yourself reward ur self . Use a simple face fash, moisturiser as per your skin, dnt use regular sunscream, infact stay 15 minutes in morning sun for vitamin D . So that u stay healthy in ur 30s . Crams annee lag jate hai bhai muscles me . Silf bahari kubsurati se kuch nahi hoga .If you do those regularly for life time this will start showing results in ur 40s 50s 60s.
