32 here!! And my coworkers think I’m in my early 20s so I go with that. I will say one thing that has impacted my skin positively was changing the way I eat haven’t had a breakout in nearly a month. Blueberries I eat blueberries EVERYDAY, almonds a handful of almonds daily as well as walnuts lots of vegetables lots of water. SUNSCREEN (wear hats when outdoors!!) A decent sensitive retinol for my under eyes at night.

I am working on getting more sleep happy to be getting older and wiser eliminating alcohol, no drug usage.

Let’s be grateful for our 30s we are here and moving forward from here! Can’t wait to be 50 and have a great skin.

Someone told me at a family gathering that I look old now... I lost my mom and dog over the past year and just turned 32. I can't change the grief, but I appreciate these tips so that I can do all I can for the things I can change.

At 37 I’m kicking my younger self for not wearing SPF daily but tretinoin and wearing SPF daily now has definitely made a HUGE difference in my skin! Wear your SPF people! It is the closest thing to the fountain of youth out there!!

Jiranium has been my go to for anti aging skincare after a friend introduced me to it, but I really wanted to try something new in addition. These mentions look really great though...will check them out thanks

Apply a quality moisturizer to maintain hydrated and supple skin. Use sunscreen daily to protect your skin from sun exposure. Currently, littlllextra rice berry sunscreen and moisturizer are my top picks because they work perfectly for my skin. It’s suitable for my sensitive skin. Its lightweight formula absorbs swiftly, leaving no greasy residue or white cast, making it perfect for daily wear under makeup or alone. It also comes in travel-friendly packaging, so I keep it in my purse when I’m on the go.

Can you do a video about full body skin care and products for those of us in our 30's, not just the face and neck? Like hands, feet, the whole shabang. I think it would be really helpful since, like me, there are a lot of women who's hands and body are a dead give away of their age because of improper care. Love your videos by the way. Please keep making them.

My Notes:

Antioxidants in the morning: niacinamide, Centella, Vitamin C (L Ascórbic acid, Paula’s choice)
(Pillow talk Derm Active Seal has antioxidants and spf)

SPF: tinted spf can be good so you can touch up throughout the day

Sun visors (make sure you get a real one and not a knock off that doesn’t protect from uv)

Cleanse, exfoliate (salicylic acid for oily)(glycolic acid, lactic acid, tranexamic acid), target problem areas (retinol and peptides for fine lines), hydrate at night

Recap: protect (spf, moisturizer), repair (with retinols and exfoliation), support (with nutrients and peptides)

Mid thirties here, haven’t had Botox or procedures yet, no wrinkles, minimal fine lines. All I have to say is consistency and using the right active ingredients is key. You can buy the most expensive cream or serum, but if you don’t establish a consistent routine you won’t see results.

I started to use sun shield hat since 10 years ago. And I gotta say, people do stare and look confused at you. But it’s fine because the shield is so beneficial for you!

30 here and since I have started to drink matcha cold tea as a powerful antioxidant and cutting the sugar made a huge improvement in my health and my skin. I have rosecea since forever and jawline acne since April 2021. Changing my diet, adding the good stuff and being active is key and then skincare can come along for extra skin benefits. If you eat crap and you are zero active then even if you buy all of this it will always come back and will never see much improvement. So diet first, physically active and then skincare products (sun protection including). That's my personal opinion obviously 😊

I'm 41 and my skin didn't change or "age" during my 30s at all. I just eat healthy, drink 90 ounces of water daily, exercise daily, use SPF 50-100, and use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer morning and night.

I would love to see a video about sunscreens that can be layered/reapplied over makeup without messing it up! Thank you as always for the free yet invaluable education!😊

Just turned 32 yesterday, I got into skincare at 29 working in healthcare and wearing P-100 masks 24/7 during the pandemic and it ruined my skin and got terrible acne, have been watching your videos ever since :)

37 yr old here.Never used makeup as I have a very sensitive skin and I get redness soon as I use make up. I do follow my skin care routine everyday, vitamin c, retinol, sunscreen etc., take my collagen, no sugar, work out 5 times a week. No wrinkle, no sign of aging yet people say I am still in my20’s.

I am well beyond my 30s but want to say I sure wish I had taken things more seriously at that age. Listen to this MD! 😀 In addition to the face protection, I strongly recommend protecting the hands, chest, and neck too. Next would be forearms. We show age in areas other than the face, especially hands and neck. Use sun protective clothing until people snicker at you, then you will have the last laugh.
