The binders are great. Tip: print out a checklist so restock is easy, put it in the binder.

If you get through hole resistors on small belts: baseball card ring binder sorters work very well!

The snap boxes and pill organizers are also very handy for electronics repair, especially for screws

Ring binder is my favorite. 0402, *0603*, and 0805, 12xx.
R's, C's, Inductors, FB's, more.
Plus small actives up to 8 pin analog/logic.
Some books use all vinyl construction and tend to be least expensive, but ring binders can be modified. Add pages, etc.

In auto zone they had the indivisual gaskets organized by number in a file sleeves inside a file cabinet.

I have this small bit still quite big storage box for most of my smd components tho I need more space as I need to make a lot of one board. So I will probably buy a small wall like storage, preferably modular with different sizes of containers.

Haha.. I actually use sectioned pill boxes for DIP through hole ICs. Since there are so many different variants and I will have only 1 or 2 of each. Its easy.
