Sounds like what I'm going through. The neck hurts and I get bad spasms under the sternum. Sometimes it spasms just sitting there on an empty stomach. It affects digestion, breathing, heart, etc.

Could a hiatal hernia of 1 cm cause heart palpitations? My doctor said I shouldn’t notice anything except a little heartburn. I am try to figure out what is causing intense pain in my chest. I have ruled out heart problems.

Can it be the opposite though? A hiatal hernia causing neck pain? I first started with hiatal pain and only after a few months neck and headeache started..

can your stomach causes tension in your jaw? and when I hike I pee like a dam has broken, it doesnt do that when I am just doing normal chores etc. I have to wear heavy duty pads and it saturates two heavy duty pads in a half hour hike, I did keto in the past and and lost like 40 pounds but still obese where does all this water come from in short period of time and I noticed I kind of breath hard during this too is it the water flooding my system once the water eventaully stops and gets back to normal breath better too. it is weird.
