Is this osminfo plugin available in QGIS 3.4.10? Have been searching for it but can't find the plugin

How does one do this with QGIS 3.10, there is no open layers plugin, and i can't find OSM under Vector

The idea and the interface are great. However, exporting seems not to work for some features under OSM 2.18. I tried to export a line object, which simply doesn't seem to have any geometry attached. Try looking for the Aalbachradweg in Wertheim, Germany, approximate decimal coordinates 49.77259, 9, 60053 (plus code 8FXFQJF+26). I can't export it. Polygons work.
