Watched this video and it's boosted my confidence to get back into sports and stuff with WPW Syndrome
I should be having that operation in the future at some point
The burning one you mentioned 🙂

It's frustrating when you put in all the work and preparation, but it doesn't all come together on race day. Keep your head up and keep moving forward--there's always more races! Your channel's been a huge motivation in my marathon training!

I can relate to the heart problem - I have SVT episodes. Usually only when I’m asleep, but it has lasted for hours before. I have found I can also control it with my breathing or movements now. It has only happened to me once when running, that must’ve been super frustrating for this to have happened during your race.

What was the process of receiving your diagnosis for WPW syndrome? I am curious because I am a very active person but always have high heart rates (between 180 and 205 bpm) on all of my runs. And if heat/humidity is involved, I feel so drained after just 3 miles (the water analogy was spot on). Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
