I felt super overwhelmed by stardew this is like perfect not anything crazy but you still have goals !

My only critique so far is that I kind of wish the in game days were longer.

I constantly feel like I’m rushing to get stuff done. Especially given how spread out some of the areas are.

I played the demo when it came out and bought it first day on launch.
It's an amazing game, although it's still on early access it has a lot of potential.
Btw, fences are integrated in the for a reason hahah. It would be nice if they add gates and walls in the future.

The only downside of this game is the overwhelming amount of people comparing it to Stardew Valley as if Stardew Valley was the creator of the farming genre... I've even seen some people calling the game a straight clone of SV... which is a pretty funny and wild assumption.

Thanks for reviewing this, never heard of this one but it looks like SV with some personality. To me, SV is clearly the modern experience of HM but it always felt a little dry with NPCs and art style (thanks Terraria). This one looks like an actual HM game from the NDS with drawn sprites (that 2.5D really aged those other games badly)

Idk if its just me but I've been playing the game to the second month so I haven't played fully and I love the characters but the roleplay elements feels just very lacking imho.

You're more perceived as a player in the game than a person in the town if that makes sense, there's alot of moments I wished we could be more involved in personally than just being the town errand dude, heck you can't even sit on a chair which I always test out in every rpg game to determined if its a good roleplaying game or not.

It is still early access though so I'm really hoping it improves on that part.

I'm absolutely obsessed with stardew but after you get a steady flow of ancient fruit it gets boring (usually by year 4) This seems like a farming sim that'll last a while in each save, mostly because of the breeding system. This is what it seems like anyways, i haven't played it yet since I'm redoing my setup😭
