I used to watch Bong Eats videos and picked up little bit of Bangali from them. I found I was able to understand the essence of the narration, with my eyes closed 😅. Bengali itni madhur madhur, meethi meethi basha hai yaar.

That's so true! In jharkhand from where I am, we are on pure vegetarian food from mahalaya to astami, on astami night puja is performed with 16 shringar, fruits, sindur and handmade sweet prasaad (thekua, pua, ersa, gona-goni, peda, kheera and sabudana). On navami mutton is offered and we enjoy that for navami and vijayadashmi. ❤️
