Looks like a scene out of an apocalyptic movie. To think people/families going about their daily lives here a year ago is unimaginable. Heartbreaking.

The second largest Army of the world can't take over a small town of Bakhmut for almost six months. The descendants of serfs can never win the descendants of free people!

Peoples homes. Communities. That’s what the majority see with scenes like this. The majority would also feel the same seeing a Russian city go through the same level of destruction. Still, at least humans from the US and Russia are helping each other in space. Funny old world isn’t it.

This is horrible. But most citys in Germany looked like this after 2WW. Ukraine can rebuild it. Stay strong.

Seeing this kind of destruction is horrific, and used to be something we only saw in movies. If Russia had experienced similar destruction in its own territory I wonder how strong support for Putin would be.

Looks like it would've been a gorgeous town before the war. I do question why Russia is willing to let so many of their own die for this rubble though. There'd be nowhere to hide if they ever manage to take it.
