You probably forgot 3 secrets
In Super Mario Bros. If you get the game over, press the Start and the A button at the same time, you will restart at the beginning of the world on where you last came from
In Paper Mario The Origami King, if you 100% the game, you will get a secret Olivia and Olly ending. If you didn't get any single game over, or if you complete the game without using badges, after the credits or the secret ending (depends on your progress), they will tell you that you completed the game without any single game over or if you didn't use badges for the whole gameplay

There’s a secret I found in U Deluxe If you play as Luigi and activate the super guide it will be Mario instead

You didn't show it off but after you talk to yoshi in super mario 64 you are given a unique triple jump that gives off golden sparkles and makes you immune to fall damage while its active.

In Super Mario Odyssey, you can get access to the secret world that named "Darker Side" (but you needed to defeat Bowser). As you can see, in the inside of the Darker Side, when you throw Crappy to the power line, you can see the letters in the power line when you throw Crappy to the dummy/scare crow (maybe?) that said "thank you" .
