You gotta start your own meadery. If I'm not mistaken, there's a lot of spacious patches of land in Whiterun. Don't mind the Honningbrew Meadery near the city.

I recommend building it along the road before reaching Rorikstead, halfway from Gjukar's Monument. It would place you in the middle of Whiterun, Falkreath, Markarth, Morthal, and the capital, Solitude. The trade route is yours to conquer.
